Food provides a powerful and nourishing connection among all of us. Increasingly, students expect that campus dining services will offer healthy, sustainable options and operate in an environmentally responsible manner. Support growers in your community by serving local and seasonal food in your dining halls and at events. Work with your dining service provider to determine cost-effective ways to green the dining operations. Encourage students to visit the local farmer's market.
